Happy New Year

Have been taking a well deserved break over the Christmas season by doing some specialty holiday cooking and baking- yes this is relaxing to me! The most unique and flavorful candy recipe I created was from Emeril Lagasse- "Triple Chocolate Bark with Spiced Pecans and Dried Cherries" mmm..mmm.. good!
